We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $99 or more within the contiguous United States. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the minimum threshold.
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also contact us at contact@kwnovamarketfitness.com for order status updates.
Currently, we only ship within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Please note that delivery times to Alaska and Hawaii may be longer than the estimated timeframes listed above. We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes for oversized items (benches, barbells, plate sets).
Some of our products (such as benches, barbells, and plate sets) are large and heavy. These items may require special handling and could take additional time to deliver. Freight delivery may be required for orders exceeding 150 lbs, and you will be notified if this applies to your order.
If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or within 48 hours of receiving a damaged package. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
